U.K Orders

Standard shipping - £4.95.
All orders are sent by first class Royal Mail. Usually 1-3 working days including Saturdays.

Next Day Delivery - £8.00
Order must be placed before 12pm on weekdays.

Please be advised that during U.K. bank holidays and busy periods, orders may take longer. You will be emailed with any delays.
We cannot be responsible for any parcels that go missing or stolen where it has been registered as delivered. If a parcel is returned to us as not collected, there will be a postage charge to incur. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

US Orders

Shipping is £30. Usually 7-10 working days.

Any additional import taxes and/or duty will be the customer’s responsibility.

EU Orders

Due to orders being held at Customs in the EU, we have suspended delivery but will notify customers when this has been resolved.

RETURNS

We hope that you love your purchase, but if a product you have ordered is damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@mukkiduck.co.uk with a photograph of the damaged goods and any details. Once the item has been returned, a refund will be credited back to you original payment method or a replacement will be sent out free of charge. We can only refund shipping costs on products that are damaged.

We cannot accept returns as a result of any skin conditions or reactions. You will find a full description of the ingredients used in each product on our website.
